An American Dream Story
Our Story
From Humble Beginnings... In 2018, Next Steward's principal, Nicholas M. Browner, took his finance and healthcare operating experience and took a risk to swing the bat for the entrepreneurial fences and American Dream. He left his previous employer, Piedmont Healthcare, and invested his own capital and raised some capital from a group of investors, and launched Southern Alpha Equity Partners (a search fund).

To Then... That resultant journey, through some ups and downs, and some successes concluded in the September 2022 partnership with 5th Century Partners in the proprietary-sourced acquisition and partnership of Radon Medical Imaging.

To Today... Since then, the Portfolio Company, Radon Medical Imaging, has grown significantly through strong organic growth, proprietary sourced add-on acquisitions, and has quadrupled its operating footprint across the Eastern United States.

Now, we are taking the operating and growth experience, principles, lessons learned, and capital to partner with exceptional companies and management teams who want to take their businesses to the Next Level. ​
