Nicholas M. Browner

Nicholas is a founding partner of Next Steward Partners ("NSP").
​
Prior to founding NSP, Nicholas was Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of M&A at Radon Medical Imaging, a leading independent service organization ("ISO") that services, assembles, repairs, sells, and distributes medical imaging equipment, such as MRI, PET/CT, and X-Ray equipment, among others. ​

At Radon, he oversaw the company's corporate development, M&A, and co-shared M&A integration activities. During the initial platform investment stage, he helped oversaw the HR, finance, and financial reporting functions as well.

Prior to joining Radon, he led Southern Alpha Equity Partners ("SAEP") as Founder and Managing Partner, which ultimately led to the acquisition of Radon. Prior to SAEP, he was employed at Piedmont Healthcare, $5 Billion+ healthcare system, where he was an integral member helping to the Strategic Financial Planning, M&A, Integration, and Strategic Transformation & Resource Stewardship (STARS) teams. Additionally, he also served interim Director of finance as well while at Piedmont. Earlier in his career, Nicholas worked in finance, strategy, and treasury across multiple industries, including city government, telecom, and specialty retail.
